Is this easy to do on my S40 V reg 1.8 xs model? Please include any links to other pics of how to do it if you have seen any.

TIA

Default clutch adjustment procedure

CLUTCH PEDAL FREE PLAY
with the clutch pedal in the rest position, measure and record the ammount of free play at the clutch pedal rubber, compare the measurement with the fiqure given in the specifications,
if adjustment is required, slacken the master cylinder pushrod locknut, then turn the pushrod until the correct free play is achieved. ensure that the pushrod is not pushed into the master cylinder as you do this,as incorrect adjustment will result, tighten the pushrod locknut.
CLUTCH PEDAL HEIGHT
with the clutch pedal in the rest position, measure and record the distance between the top surface of the clutch pedal rubber and the floor, compare the measurement with the fiquure given in the specifications.
CLUTCH PEDAL TRAVEL
measure and record the distance that the top surface of the clutch pedal rubber travels through, between the rest and fully depressed positions, after carrying out the previously described pedal height free play adjustments, the pedal travel should ba as given in the specifications.
incorrect pedal travel may be caused by air trapped in the clutch hydraulic system, requiring the system to be bled.
SPECIFICATIONS
CLUTCH PEDAL HEIGHT [with a clearance of between 1 to 3mm between the pedal and the stop bolt] 162.5 mm
FREE PLAY 1 to 3 mm
TRAVEL[ at rest fully depresssed] 136MM.
