We drove to Italy a couple of years ago and you quickly get used to looking at the small KPH display. I do agree that an option to switch the main display would be useful.

Agreed that there ought to be an easy switch.

But......this thread has reminded me to update my maps - not done for at least 2-3 years!
Download from Volvo took 4 attempts (kept grumbling), but is now done and (hopefully still) installing outside

eta - no, went back after perhaps 90 mins to find it powered down....power up & just get "Navigation starting up" on screen....for ages.....
Trying again. & will pop down every 20-30 mins to try to avoid any power off (maybe I missed some message). Clearly something got stuck

edit2 - took some nursing (checking it hadn't powered off every 15 minutes in the end!), but finally popped up completed - now on version 31676579 AA - hurrah!
