using the buttons on the left hand side of the wheel you can get cruise control and limiter but I cant get acc. I beleive there is a option which should be checked in the centre console for the acc to be on. I have seen a image of it but cant find it now. 2 cars with dashes between them.
Have you read the manual? ACC won’t work unless it’s turned on (instead of CC).

The steering wheel controls are standard across the range - having the distance adjustment up/down buttons is no indication if you have ACC or not.

Are you aware that within the settings you can toggle between cruise control and adaptive cruise control ? At about 500 pages the manual is dauntìng to say the least. On of my better actions when buying my V90 was to insist on a proper instruction manual (and refuse to pay the £20 they wanted to charge me)

They fixed it. The pilot assist and acc had been locked so weren’t available for me to use. With a software update they fixed it and all works fine. Supprised everyone at the dealership but made up it’s all working now. Thanks for any help and advise you have given

As someone else posted on the centre display swipe left and look for the cruise control icon if it’s lit with a green bar then that disables acc in favour of just basic cruise control. If it’s on switch it off and Adaptive CC should now work
