Hi,

Only just noticed this light come on and go off very quickly on start-up, presume it is for active headlights (which my car does not have!!).... Or is it something else? No mention of it in the manual... Any ideas??

Cheers

Finally! I have the same light. My manual says it is the active bending light check. (I think). I did ask the same question over a year ago and the only comment was that it's there just because it's easier to put it on all cars rather than fitting it to only some...….

Seems a bit redundant to me! If you know that your lights are just fixed then ignore it. Works for me!

I've had my MY2011 D3 V70 since new. It was only in the last year that I noticed that that light comes on when starting the car. I think I only noticed it because I was looking for other issues.

I dion't have bendy lights either!
