And now they say there isn't even one available! How do you reason with them when they just deny one is available and say your car is on the latest?!

Is there a way of checking somewhere using the VIN? A dealer on here that can check a database maybe?

yes, done at same time as the egr recall thing last week. Haven't noticed much yet on my car (2017 S90), I think I saw a couple of 'clearer messages' and in the drive mode display (main screen) the dynamic option now says Polestar Engineered (obviously you need polestar installed to get this).

Regarding getting sensus updates - I think some dealers will do it outside of annual service, but will also do if you say 'something is wrong' (I expect we can all contribute ideas on likely topics here …)

Hi All

My 2017 V90 was serviced yesterday. Whilst the dealer said that the software would be updated, it still says ‘Ready’ rather than having the new Start/Stop symbol, which appears to have been introduced earlier this year. Does this definitely mean that the software hasn’t been updated? Does anyone have a similar age car which has been updated and has the new symbols?

Cheers

Dave

I had my 3 year service late September and have the new Start/Stop symbol.
I also got the Connected Safety feature at the same time.

Wat is your motorisation? T8 remains unchanged.
