Default Head work.

Hello everyone. Sorry to bother you again. In the future I'm more than likely going to be fitting a 531 head to my 2.3 b230f, I'd want to get the head in perfect condition before fitting maybe potted polished etc. I know a few places that specialise in head work but none of them are Volvo specialists. Could anyone recommend or does anyone know of any body who does head and engine work and has some knowledge of the redblock engines?
Or does it not really matter?
Many thanks.
All the best
Joe

Well, Mr C Swede, are you not putting yourself forward?!

In answer to JWD, I feel that any reputable head an block reconditioners of some yrs standing will know what they are about, having worked on most types over the yrs. Select a likely looking firm, ask them about the work you want doing. A firm of standing, with a rep to protect, will give you an honest answer, an if they feel there's a firm that will better serve you, they will say so.

Depending on why you want a 531 head & why you want it worked on, I would read this post etc before spending your money.
