Default exhaust burbal

Hi everyone
I have a near standard 1998 2.3 t5 when the car is running around 3000rpm and you take your foot of the accellerator coming to a junction you can hear a faint burbal from the exhaust I was wondering if there is anyway to make it sound louder.
thanks
Gills

If ME 7 I would say dont decat it until talking to someone who knows, thats if they have got a post CAT oxy sensor, if not it wouldnt matter and yes it would improve throttle reponse and quicker spool up time, obviously its a risk with the mot side of things, people keep their old cats just for the MOT

hi

i have a v70 2.5T ME7 i have a cat replacement pipe and yes the engine light did come on, since having the pipe fitted had it remapped by VIEZU local dealer, they have dealers throughout the uk, light has now gone out but i did have to request this as an option, i paid £350 for this service and gained 38bhp and 45ft lbs of torque also fuel economy is about 5% better but have to use super unleaded for best results

hope this helps
