Towbar for the s40 only will not fit a v40

towbar for an s40 came off a phase one volvo s40 2litre one piece system with ball and electrics made by brinks looks like the ball end neck is ajustable £25 if anyones intrested cant find the bolts but you can source them easy from any diy or motor factors

I'll take it if you dont mind paypal/cheque and popping it in a bin bag for a courier to collect?

If so let me know the dimensions of it so I can get a quote?

Its to go on a 98 S40 T4 I have asked before and was told S and V40 were the same!

tony who ever told you s40 and v40 always have the same towbar they dont,some manufacturers do make them compatable for s/v 40s the ones that come in bits to assemble this is for the s40 only its made by brink towbar type 3030,coupling class A50-x i removed it from an s40 to put on my brothers v40 it would not fit his v40 but came of the s40

Does the bumper need cutting?

AFAIK the T4 tow-bar is different to lesser models.
You might want to check this out.
