It's normal here for anything outside of EU to be taxed for the value of the items +cost of shipping, at something like 23%.
On top of this is a handling fee is charged which is around 6 euro.
2nd hand parts for RHD Volvos were easy to obtain from the UK, now it's not economically viable.
Skandix(and other European based specialists) have a minimum postage of around 25-30 euro, so its not much use for small items. I try and wait until I need a lot of new bits before I use them!

\In the past I have asked sellers to mark the parts/parcels as 'scrap vehicle parts', I think you can ask them to mark up as 'gifts' also to do the same I believe, and this has skipped the import tax side of things.

Unfortunately it appears that only Scandix (Delta India Charlie Kilo Sierra?) have the GLT-specific rear lamps available new. (They have satin/matt black lining/inserts instead of chrome ones.)

So, if you want originality in your GLT, they have you by the dangly bits.
