Appreciate the reply that’s useful. I’m not familiar with the layout I’m afraid. I’m thinking about changing for plug in hybrid, does the location of the cat change?

Default Still no issue?

Is it still the case Volvos don't suffer from Catalytic converter theft?

Receiving Emails from police and work car parks warning of thefts.

If it is a problem for Volvo is there anything that can be done, like reinforced boxes around the converter?

yes safe as houses tucked away right at the back of the engine high up.
Not under the floor.
