Windscreen washer bottle
Hi,
I own a 1.6 petrol C30, I am certain that there is crap in the windscreen washer bottle making the washers work poorly, I have tried new nozzles and found that by blowing back down the line carefully with compressed air things were okay for while. Is there a drain on the washer bottle? If so where? |

don't think there is . easiest way like I did on my s40 just take o/s wheel off and arch liner and remove the lower bottle and jet wash it out . its bound to be the filter on the pump blocked with crap part number 8678424 its like a rubber bung that the washer pump pushes into with a sorta mesh on

It is an Oct 2008 model and had the wiring loom recall done last summer, I think the problem is the settling out of "mix up" screenwash which I had used.
