S60 Electrics: - Help please

HELP PLEASE.
I have a slight problem and don't know where to start to solve it, I have no High Beam (or flash), No indicators (Hazards do work ) No lights on Radio and no windscreen washers. I would be grateful if someone can point me in the right direction to rectify this, Unfortunately I am disabled and need my car to get out so it would not be wise to use it in this condition any advice would be most welcomed'

My Car is a S60 D5 saloon Automatic 178000+ miles 2004 54reg

There's a fuse box at the end of the dash driver's side.
On my car, Fuse no. 23 covers your steering wheel levers and console lighting yet is only 5A.
Check if that's blown.
