For Sale 1971 Volvo 145 Manual Estate

This is a very practical classic, tax exempt with very cheap insurance. My last premium was less than £90.
It has the legendary B20 2.0 litre engine fitted with single carb, its got to be one of the most over engineered classics of the time, a time when reliable cars where rare.

Mileage is 169k and is MOT until July 2014

It is white and has been hand painted, but it is a good job, you only notice when you get up close. It has had welding done in the past but it is very solid, I recently applied new underseal (the waxoil one) so it should remain solid for years to come. The body work is a bit tatty though, with the worst bit being the doors, however I have recently purchased some extremely solid doors which I will include in the sale.

In addition to undersealing the car I have also:
Had new rear brake pads fitted,
Replaced the Propshaft UJ's front and rear along with the centre bearing,
Replaced the exhaust, after front pipe (using Volvo Part).

In addition to the set of doors I will also include some assorted spares including:
Windscreen trim (the screen is currently bonded and doesn't have one fitted),
Door trim panels
OEM Front pipe (freshly painted with heat resistant paint)
Other bits and pieces.

I had intended to spend time getting the bodywork tidied up but due to work commitments I just haven't had the time. With that said I decided to buy a C70 so need the space in the garage for that.

The car is near Preston in Lancashire.
I am looking for offers around £1199
