Default Catastrophic B4194T tensioner failure

Hi everyone!

Got a fairly well keep V40 T4 with timing belt done in 2021 as mentioned in this sticker:

10k km after running without problems notest a random lumping idle but all good if given gas and always started first.. ordered a obd2 scanner and had few sensor errors like water temp, O2 sensors reading rich.. few broken wires and big PCV problems.. inspected few times the timing belt tension and was all good.

Yesterday started the van as normally but heard a metalic RTRTRTRR like something loose.. 2 seconds after turn it off for visual inspection and was unable to start it again..

Took timing cover out and belt was stretched but after unsuccessful trying to completely turn the engine by hand feeling locking up with only 45° off free rotation the timing belt gained this slack...

Guess everyone will say "Yep.. bent valves due hydraulic tensioner failure..."... but my main problem is that this happened 800km from home in this place.. right under one of this trees:

After insisting cranking over the engine got time to time a sign of wanting to start.. should I order a new hydraulic tensioner and hope for the best to drive home... or should also order a head?

Btw.. a t5 engine is "impossible" to fit right?
