Thanks Gatos,
Knowing which way to push made it a lot easier. There was a gap between the light unit and the screen so that every time I braked at night, the light illuminated the whole screen. Although the unit wasn't loose, I unscrewed it and re-fixed it in the correct position eliminating the gap. Problem solved. It was a bit wet in their but that might be something for the warmer weather! Thanks for the photos. |

Hello dear Vovo-fellows,
on my Volvo V40 station wagon (phase 1, 1999) I have not yet managed to loosen the plastic cover of the auxiliary brake light inside at the very top of the rear window. To replace (or seal) the water nozzle of the rear wiper. Can anyone give a hint and maybe attach an explanatory photo? Unfortunately I can not open the photos mentioned in this thread. Thanks for any advice! |
