For Sale Volvo 240 SE estate

This is my fathers volvo which he has given to my son as he has just passed his test. However he cannot get insurance at a reasonable price as he is only 17. This car is immaculate, was bought new by my father. It has FSH has been garaged throughout. Registered 1/8/1993 it is one of the last ones. It is metallic Green. It has two boot liners, intregrated dog gaurd, new Mitchilin tyres all round, Volvo fitted tow bar, 86,000 miles all reciepts from new, MOT to Sept 2010, 2 ltr petrol, Just had £700 spent on two new headlights and a service. I'd suggest you should re-post on the volvo 200 series section if you want a reply as this is the wrong area.

Also, your pictures have not attached.

Can't really comment on the price except to say you may be hard pushed to find someone that'll splurge £1500 cash on a 240 with xmas in 40 odd days.

Your car sounds like it's worth every penny of the £1500 you're asking for it.

Finding someone prepared to pay that for a 240 may be a little difficult though. Good luck with the sale.

I'm definitely interested although £1500 might be a bit on the high side of what I'm looking to pay. Let me know if you'd be willing to go any lower than that (not necessarily even by much).

Yes I would look at options. The car has got full receipts from new including original sales documents etc. My father even binded all tax discs etc. Please give me a ring on 01908 588037 to arrange viewing. We live in Aspley Heath next to Woburn golf club just off J13 of the M1.
