Headlamp switch wanted

Hi folks,
have never posted a 'want' before so I hope I am doing the correct thing.
I am in need of a headlamp switch, mine has become dodgy, i.e when headlamps turned on, all dash board/radio lights, rear lights go off but come on if switch is pressed, so, obviously a dodgy contact somewhere. My car is a 1998 V70 estate 10v. I should be really pleasaed if anyone out there has a spare switch in need of a good home. Paul

Hi Tension. Have just spoken with jiggsey850. He believes he has one at his place of work that I can have. If this does not materialise I will contact, cheers. Paul

I have a C70 and have the exact problem. Did fitting a new switch rectify the problem???

There was a recall for these many years ago , you may well find it still applies as it is a vital safety issue so a call to your dealer with the cars details could prove fruitful .
