Car spec question

I'm looking at potentially my next car, a 2008 XC70. The car looks great on the pics but noticed something weird and I cannot find a single other car advertised anywhere with the same quirk. What's the quirk? Front seats are full leather. Back seat back rests are full leather. But back seat seats (bum rests?) are half leather half fabric. Is this part of the spec or did the owner replace the seats? Bit weary in case the car has been flooded or otherwise damaged before.

I'd avoid that car as the strange upholstery arrangements might not be the only issue.
