windscreen washer on xc60

i have a 2009 xc60. If the water just trickles out of the washer jets, does that imply the pump is not working? Water does come out but with no pressure. I checked the fuse. Is there anything else i should check before i go to the pump? thanks for the attention

You are on the wrong forum for that year XC60 but on our old one I had the same problem and found the pipe was pinched near the bonnet hinge.

thanks, am struggling to navigate the forum for the right place will try a different one. i will also check the pipe isn't pinched
