Hi all,

Just wondering if any of you are going to the Volvo Enthusiasts Club National Gathering at Harvington Hall near Kidderminster next sunday (4th)? We'll be there with the Amazon estate and probably the 240 too.

You've finished the estate then? be good to catch up with you both. Did you end up with any spare 4.5 inch wheels? I still need 1 for my estate. I'm bringing a boot full of spares and stuff with me so bring some beer tokens with you.

Sorry Peter, I've only got 4 estate wheels myself, and I'm keeping them. My wallet will be lightly padded, should you have anything I need.

I went to the VEC National at Harvington Hall last year, had a brilliant day, good variety of models set in beautiful surroundings.

Unfortunately can't make it this year as we're attending the VolvoDrive Treffen event in the Netherlands.

Anyway, back to the point. It should be a good day out at a fantastic venue with lots of old Volvos. (New ones are welcome too)

Was Kevin Price a member of VOC some years ago but had a falling out and left to set up VEC?
What was the reason then; similar?

I intend to pop down with the camera if that is OK?

I've not been to the venue before (passed by it many times), so hopefully the surrounding will suit my photographic style.

On the off chance there is the space, I'll bring the car rig :-)
