Same, and I asked a couple of others who are also the same. It looks like its when you log in, or are logged in. I reinstalled it and it was fine until I logged in.

A new update has just been released which fixes the problem 👍

Collected my new S90 today. Tried to create Volvo ID last night and it said it had sent email confirmation, but I never received it. Tried again tonight with another email address, and same again.

Assume having seen this that it's related.

Version 4.5.1 with a bug fix was released yesterday (1st Feb). Working fine now. Quite pleasing to see how quickly they fixed it.

mine stopped, after 2 updates back to life, interestingly the windows version seemed to keep working which is still 3.6.1 !! although they haven't updated that for years and whilst it seems to work it constantly says failed all the time

I still can’t register. Whether by app or on website, it says it has sent me an email but nothing received. Tried several email addresses now from multiple providers and nothing. Is there a customer care number for it does anyone know and I’ll call them tomorrow.

Had a call from Volvo On-Call this morning asking if my car was okay as they had a record of the alarm function at 9am.

I had parked the car outside my front door last night instead of in the garage.
It was still there and seemingly untouched.

There was a dash message stating it had gone off and I should check the car.

The girl at VOC suggested the high winds may have activated the alarm.
Strangely, I didn't hear it myself.
