spare fuel pressure regulator

has anyone got a spare fuel pressure regulator for a t4? my car is idling funny, i've cleaned everything up and the last thing it could be is the fuel pressure regulator but want another just 2 check it is that

my car was idleing funny as part of this whole mess with my car, was sorted with a new lamda (front) sensor was 200 squids though

but that was a garage jobby, maybe look at that if this doesnt work out for you

i'm looking at all the cheap fix options first first to see if its any of them, if that dont work i will look into the lamda sensors to see if its them
