Default Break or selling black Volvo 850 t5 manual

Hi guys.

Long story short dont want this **** box no more! I've probably chucked in 2k worth of parts to the car.

The main issues its having is its guzzling fuel like mad!I put £40 the other night and it only gave 75miles!

I've just had enough now.

So far the parts I've replaced is;

New Bosch Maf
Genuine Volvo rota arm
Genuine Volvo dizzy
Volvo HT leads
Bosch lambda sensor
Genuinen Fuel filter
Genuine Volvo temp sensor
8 types of plugs . 2 sets of vovlo plugs. 2 sets of Bosch plat plugs 2 sets of ngk plugs 2 sets of denso iridium plugs.

All plugs were eaten and destroyed.

Blue injectors were installed and also a BMW 540i housing because I went to a shemtek map.

Theres lots more I've done but I'm stressed and have had it.

It's a black 5 speed manual. Would like to sell it as a whole car but I think I'll make my money back if sold in parts.

But if anyone here is actually intrested in this car. Please contact me

Have you done the basics, of checking for compression and fuel leakage? Worn rings can increase fuel consumption massively..

Checked thermostat, this can make the car run rich if stuck open,

40 quid on 75 miles sounds like youve got a serious leak somewhere.. maybe something under pressure ? any fumes of petrol in the cabin ?

No I havent done a compression test. Theres is a smell of fuel coming into the cabin

And if its worn rings on the engine then I cant be bothered to fix it and chuck more money. I've changed the thermo and temp sensor.

I dont want it no more. I'm going back to what I know best and that's a e46 m3👍🏽

Checked the hoses by the fuel pump? Sounds like you have a huge leak somewhere, and those hoses are the only ones that see enough volume to be plausible - assuming your tank itself isn't holed.

If you are breaking, are you willing to post?

Overfueling issue then, check the ECU map.
