Default What type of screws do I need?

So this black part under the passenger seat has been loose forever and it seems to be missing two screws. (Check pictures)

Can someone tell me what size/length screws I need for this? Thanks

Any self tapper about 4mm and not to long 10mm is plenty.
When you get to refit there is a little shelf thing that the back fits to and it took me ages to find that.
