Default Potential VC60 buyer

I am looking to replace an old RAV4 with a XC60 auto diesel AWD. I'd be grateful for your help on the following.
1. How reliable is the twin turbo? I've searched the forum and the internet and not found anything but I ask as the RAV needed a new turbo and it was not cheap.
2. Will I wait for ever for get a sub £23000 one with panoramic roof, heated front screen, DVD and leather seats? I'm not sure if the heated front screen was available as a stand alone or if it is part of the winter pack.
3. Does D4 or D5 really matter? 11000 miles a year of mixed driving.
4. Is there a mileage above which even the best maintained cars start to have issues

Thanks

I may be wrong but I would reckon you will struggle to find one with the mix you have above. Unless ordered new of course.

The dvd screens are pretty rare but I am sure there's good after market ones around.
Pretty sure heated screen is only on winter pack.

Twin turbo introduced c.2011 with 215 bhp D5.
Not heard of any significant problems but maybe not many cars have reached high enough milages to show up weaknesses yet - or maybe there just aren't any...?
AWD versions all have 5-cyl. engines: D3 163bhp, D4 190bhp or D5 185-220bhp - all good but later D5s best IMHO!
(The current FWD D4 is a 4-cyl.)
Cambelts need changed at 10 yrs or c.108k, whichever is soonest.
Owners of higher-milers will probably chip in with any other issues...
Heated screen now standard - only as part of the Winter Pack, but it's a fairly recent item - it certainly wasn't even an option for my previous XC70 (2012MY) - which I found odd, as I'd had a 1999 Ford Galaxy with it, so given their tie-up with Ford, it's surprising it took Volvo so long!
DAB more achievable. Option from c.2011, standard on more recent SE Lux.
Leather always standard on SE Lux - pan. roof always an expensive option but quite a few out there.
