Hi ade,

Sorry, work's been mad!!

Not got a pic yet but hopefully will do later.

I'm in Sale, which is about 7 or 8 miles off the M6, at a guess, straight down the A56 from Knutsford services.

Best bet is to PM me, as I always forget to look in wanted.

Arakis do look kinda right on a 960, I was gonna put them on mine, but I couldn't resist the call of the Pegs!!

Steve

Thanks for the suggestions, I'm just finding it very difficult to find something that ticks all the boxes.....

Volvo seem to have made a lot of very unattractive wheels in their time! And the nice one seem to command silly money!

Doingitsideways, quite tempted by your set as on paper its a great deal, just no so keen on the style of wheel, and they tyre size is perhaps a touch big too for a 960..... will have a think!

These aren't too bad. Anyone know what they're from, and what the wheel is called?

I think they are "Calva" 16x6.5". I think they are from the newer C30/S40/V50 style of cars with Ford bits. Should still be 5x108, but I think (don't quote me) tha the centre bore may be slightly smaller than the 65.1 mm of 2/7/900 series and 850/V70.

Edit - http://forums.swedespeed.com/showthr...el-center-bore

Cheers, not really amazing enough to be worth hunting down then if that size and would need centre bores sorting.

I'm thinking I might end up going for some T5r/R 17s by the looks of how things are going....
No deep dish rims around anywhere, and I'm just not so keen on the random modern Volvo rims.

I know what you mean! That's why I went for 17" Titans on mine. I think they look better than Galaxies (despite no dish). Would have preferred Polaris, but got bored of hunting them down, and I'm not prepared to pay the price that people ask for them!

Sucks!
And nobodies selling any Galaxies or Polaris, so don't even have the option of expensive ones!

Hi Ade,

No worries, have a think and let me know.

Regarding the size, I've got a set of 18" Pegasus' on my 960 with 235s and no rubbing whatsoever... Even with LOADS of weight in it!

Cheers,

Steve
