Hi Mike,
Personally i don't think that they look out of place.

I did have a small Ultimo camping dish but to be honest it wasn't that good.

When Discover Leisure was closing down last year the wife went for a look as everything was half price, and it was a 5 minute walk from were we live, and she got a Vision Plus (image 630) digital antenna system, should have been £72.99,paid £36.50.

I've not tried it out yet but i will be doing this weekend as we're going out with the tin tent to Silverdale so i'll see what it's like.

Last year whilst in Scotland i got talking to a gent of shall we say senior year's and he did seem to be quite clued up on dish's.He must have been watching me fart about with the small dish trying to get a good signal with no success. He walked over and we got talking and he said that the bigger the dish the better, and the one you have on the image/link look's very much like the one he had and he said that he never has a problem with getting all the channel's.

Default sat dish

hi mike
i saw a caravan in devon last year he had a large self seeking unit on the roof of his van(very big buccaneer twin axle),he said it was quite heavy and had plates put on the roof to help support it,it was also megga expensive.it was really for a motorhome.when it was in the down position it was hardly noticable.but as said it was heavy.
cheers
