Default bits left over after radiator replacement

I have two little brackets left over after doing a radiator replacement on my 2002 C70 ragtop. I can't see them shown in exploded views and I don't remember where they were.

Also, I have a curved plastic scoop- part number 9169384- that Volvo calls an "air guide" that fell out after I removed the radiator assembly.
This I can see in an explode view but that is no help in showing where and how it fits. Can some knowledgeable person help please?

Not sure where the brackets go, but the air scoop goes in front of the rad behind the bumper. You need to remove the black plastic shield in front of and below the rad and then slide the scoop into position.

A local guru has said neither parts are vital.
The brackets hold the intercooler from moving, which it can't anyway and the air guide doesn't seem to make any difference.
Next time I get under the front I will try to replace the air guide.
Thanks for your help.

He might not think they are vital but volvo do! You might find when driving that the wind buffets the radiators causing them to move and rub or vibrate and fracture..
