S40 - Wanted - Max £1,000 to spend

Looking for a S40 but only have £1,000 to spend max. Mileage/year not important as long as runs well and some history. Needs to have some MOT ideally. Would like a car with decent spec.

Got a R plate T4 with full history even got the original receipt for the purchase of the car!!!!! Full spec car, heated cream leather etc etc cat back custom MIJ exhaust ,aftermarket grille and (maybe) 17" wheels. Only things wrong is it needs a new screen(cracked) £120 and its got an abs light on but I have thrown enough money at the car now so time for something newer.. here she is .....

[IMG]2010-3-12[/IMG]hiya stewert, seen this today. it's in ACCRINGTON so a hours run away. its Wreg (2000?) 122k 1.8 xs t&t don't know about history, but number plates have volvo dealers name on them. wants £1000ono. this is mobile no 07716134028, i don't know owner just saw it on street.

Are you still looking for a car?
My 1998 V40 2.0CD with full black leather and every toy on MIGHT be for sale next week.
I live in Leeds and might be buying a 2002 XC70 Ocean Race for a great price. If it comes off then the V40 has to go. It's in fab condition and has always had everything maintained using best components.
