340 1.4 variomatic.

due to my deteriorating health i can no longer look after two cars so the 340 will have to go.
it ia a 340 1.4 vario 5 door in white year 1990 h reg. miliage is 47.000mls.
short mot and tax may june
body is not in bad condition i e NO RUST. the bonnet has been touched up by someone who thought he could spray and n/s front and rear door round the handles has lost its gloss coat
it has four good tyres and drives well.it was owned by pete farrel of 340 fraternaty it has had the belts done and the clutch done but no service history came with itwe are looking for about £400.00 for it but we are open to negotiations the car is very sound and we are rather sorry to have to part with it.but having just come out of hospital and having lynda to take care of my hands are rather full, any enquireis please call 01530 263605 or e mail ronaldgray275@btinternet.com.i will gladly supply pics through e mail (because i have forgotten how to put them up on here.)

as i am no longer able to drive the car (the reason being health issues) if no one is interested i may have to let her go to scrap which would be a shame if it does go to the breakers i will let youknow where so you can at least salvage some spares just let me know.

Please give it a couple of weeks before you reach the decision to scrap her - it's only been a day since you posted the advert! Have you tried advertising it elsewhere? At a last resort there's always eBay, start bidding at £200 (which is above scrap value) and I'm sure it'll sell.

I can't afford much at the minute, but I can give you £200 for it rather than see it scraped
