Got first service done from Volvo dealer last Wednesday and on pick up I was told that Powerpulse need replacement (covered under guarantee so no charges). Neither the service dept bother to call nor replaced/repaired it
while the car was at their premises.
I did ask the reception but she didn't know much. I was in rush as I wanted to get back home before I stuck in the rush hour traffic. Will speak to the dealer before I book my car or Power Pulse issue.
I got two questions: 1, if this has happened with others for MY18's and what exactly the Power Pulse issue was and what got changed/replaced. The car was picked up brand new in April 2017 and has done only 4700Miles.
2, Is there something I need to flag to the dealer when I take my car to fix the Powerpulse issue. Thanks.
