ECO convert
Just as an experiment to see how much better MPG I could get. I decided to grin and bare using the ECO and stop start all the time.
I noticed an improvement in economy, but more over, I found that the car became very smooth to drive. The ACC is far far better when it is in ECO, very gentle in transitioning for slowing or speeding up. The downside this time of year, it the air con is not pleasent in town driving, but on a long commute it is tolerable, provided the car was in the shade to start with. I think I'd use it now more in the Spring/Autumn/Winter, and only in the Summer when it is not like a furnance in the car. How do you use the ECO, if at all?

I’ve never activated it on my XC60.
What kind of MPG difference did you notice vs non eco mode? |

Only a few 4 or 5 mpg in Winter/Spring (Not done my normal commute yet in Summer). That is not very significant, but the benefit of the smooth ACC on my mostly Motorway commute sells it for me. If needed, I can still wack my Auto to sport for a quick overtake on A/B roads.
