Default Dump/recirc valve noisy.

Hi all, I'll start by saying that I don't even know what my recirc valve looks like or even where to find it on my t4, but all I know is that the noise of it going pssshhhh every time I come off the throttle is quite annoying, it sounds like someone has stuck a bailey or a forge bov straight out of the fast and furious on there, so what I would like to do is investigate why it's so loud, and then probably blank it off entirely, as I absolutely love the chchchch flutter sound that is achieved by not having the valve, but I firstly need to know where it's located on my car and also how to do so.

Many thanks in advance

Great, thanks for that, they look pretty good, are they in a difficult position to access or see as I did have a quick look under the bonnet earlier and didn't see anything that looked like it was a recirc valve anywhere.

If sitting in the drivers seat try imagine it's located on the front left of turbo. You'll need to remove the top rubber boost hose, and possibly the fresh air hose, to see it properly.

If I remember correctly, when I first got my T4, the hose for the recirc valve used to pop off until I put a clip on it. You could use a small cable tie, or two, if you haven't got a small enough clip.
