S60 ecm 130A
Hi,
Having intermittent problems with my S60 2.4T (2002) 110K. Fault codes; 130A air leak intake 261A long term fuel trim lower limit (intermittent) 262A long term fuel trim lower limit. Normally the car runs a dream however this problem keeps coming back without warning. You switch off and restart sometimes it's ok sometimes the problem is still there. The problem persisted for 2 days (codes above), I have checked the intake and vacuum hoses etc for any signs of damage nothing obvious, started the car and it runs fine??? Car runs great for a day and the problem returns, and disappears again.... Help. Thinking of cleaning throttle body and replacing the oil trap as i will have the intake manifold off. Or am I wasting my time? Paul. Last edited by Paulb24; Aug 28th, 2017 at 20:39. Reason: Wrong fault code in title |

I know I'm dragging this back up but I too am suffering with the same issues and codes with my v70xc 2.4t.
Paul did you ever solve it?

It’s has not returned
Hi,
I think I solved it, so far we have not had a repeat. The wife says it goes better now a lot more responsive. The throttle body had a thick layer of carbon, I suspect stopping the valve closing correctly, therefore allowing excessive air. Same as air leak. The oil trap was totally blocked, I don’t know if it had anything to do with it but it wouldn’t help. It’s easy to change if you’re ok with the spanner’s and can follow a manual. Paul |
