Default Clutch Problem

I recently spotted that the clutch slave cylinder on my V50 2.0 diesel was leaking. Took the gearbox off and replaced dual mass and clutch as they were both in need of replacing along with new slave cylinder. My brother who was helping tried setting the adjusters on the clutch, not knowing they they already come pre-set (not according to Haynes) as a result the adjusters were bent. We got adjusters back in their original position and fitted.

Day 1 of using the car and all was well, 2nd day and the car has develop a slight wobble/ imbalance which seems to be coming from engine/gearbox. With car stationary, build RPM to 2100 and the vibration can be felt through the car and then transmitted through the wheels when driving. All parts were from Volvo main dealer including new bolts for dual mass.

Not happy with this, I purchased another new clutch from Volvo and paid a local clutch and gearbox specialist to fit it and guess what? The same wobble/ vibration remains. At my wits end now and only thing I can do is put it in my nearest Volvo dealers and let them replace dual mass, clutch and slave cylinder/ thrust bearing to eliminate this problem that was not there before I spotted the initial leaking fluid.

Anyone else come across anything like this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. The car is a 57 plate with 127k on the clock, had timing belt done this year, is in great condition and just want it running smooth again.

Thanks
