Default how much LPG should come out of an 80L tank?

An earlier answer said they are filled to 80% so 64L.

I have just gone through my last fill, which was 41L, all urban driving.
I have got 250 miles.
I got 220 miles,(all high speed on Motorways in UK) from the previous fill which was comprised of 3 different partial top-ups before I reset the mileage counter.

Am a bit puzzled.
I know the garage told me that the in-car gauge was a bit iffy but am I carrying 20 l of unusable LPG around?
Wont be near a LPG fill point for a while so just posting this now.
Will add the fill volume later.
Thanks

Just to add to this: the manufacturer of the tank tells me that if I am only getting 40 L or so out its a poor installation: wrong multivalve or wrong mounted multivalve..
This make sense to anyone?
Thanks

It could be wrongly installed or wrong size valve or otherwise it could just be a faulty valve

Just looked at the LPG Installation certificate that came with the car and it says a Tomasetto Multivalve.
Had a look in boot
I just see an Emer ventilation housing
and under the bonnet I see a Zavoli reducer and Zavoli inline filter and no sign of any Tomasetto kit.
Pictures attached.
I want to see what the name is on the kit inside the housing so how do I remove the ventilation housing, I know it designed to be gas tight so don't want to force it.
(It looks like a Zavoli Level sensor)
Thanks.
It looks like the petrol/gas switch is a Zavoli Change-Over Switch for ALISEI “DIRECT“ System
Where would I find the ECU that is fitted?
Under steering wheel?

Is it possible that the multivalve is still Tomasetto...?

Tomassetto are the biggest producer of multivalves, take a picture and it will be clear as to what you have but it should have been fitted with a Tomassetto air box

Thanks.
I got the cover off the ventilation box and the gauge shows empty
Its an EMER MTV E67 01.
I just hope the guys doing the NCT [Our MOT] don't make a fuss of the cert versus the actual.

Update on LPG in Ireland. I didn't pass a single station selling LPG, so getting the adaptor was a bit pointless.

The only GAS sign I found was an ordinary garage selling the US for petrol.

So if visiting Ireland and seriously wanting to use LPG it's obviously necessary to have a guide to stations and plan diversions in order to find them. It just seemed too much bother for a holiday.

Did you try any of the websites at the beginning of this thread?

TT

By the way, I'm no longer an LPG owner now. Back on diesel now
