Default Cambelt, tensioner, guide pulley and...

Apologies if this has cropped up some time before, but couldn't decide what make cambelt to go for.
She's done 142k and is a 2001 s40 t4 B4204T5
I'm thinking gates for the cambelt, tensioner, and guide pulley (not looking to do the water pump as no leaks or noise, and I'm sure will be okay for a little longer....)

Is gates good for all the above?

And as I have no handbook or haynes manual, I would appreciate if someone could let me know how far up the dipstick the oil is filled up to?

.....My next to do will be to invest in a haynes manual!

Get yourself a haynes manual, when I did the cambelt on my previous v40 2.0 T I went by the book.
Here is a guide and most the engines are basically the same but maybe study what is on this link until you get your haynes as that is useful for correct torque settings etc... Unless someone can post these from Vida or something?

Cambelt change LINK

Thanks for the link, that will be useful. I will be changing the cambelt in the next few weeks, so will have a haynes manual by then!
