Can anyone help one of our members?

I'm trying to do a standard service but am unable to remove the top of the oil filter. The Filter has a plastic molded top which includes a nut which is 35mm across. By the looks of the instructions in the Haynes manual I need a special tool to remove it. Do you know where I might be able to get such a tool?

I got one of these, fits fine, but is a 3/8" drive, postage seems a little steep on this one though !
