'17 XC90 no power to cargo socket

I've had the car for 6+ months now with no issues but the first time I've went to use the cargo 12V socket I've found there's no power supply. I noticed the fuse locations were different between the manual on my app and another one I found online so I've checked/replaced fuses 24 and 26 in the engine bay but no joy. The ignition was on as well. Have tried two different items in the socket to rule out a problem with the device.

Has anyone traced a similar fault? I'm reluctant to start tracing/testing wires if it involves a lot of work to get to them. First step though would be to pull the outlet and check the connections behind, not tried it yet though.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram and a part # for the cargo oulet in case that is faulty?

Other than saying the fuse is N°24, 15amp in the engine bay fuse box I can't help.
