Knackered M41 gearbox wanted

Has anyone got one in the depths of their garage?

I've got one, but there's no overdrive on it.

If you or anyone else needs a unit to marry up with that then phone rob & Emma ( Amazon cars ) and ask them to walk outside and grab one from their scrap pile box always overdrive units in that box that get scrapped but as I pointed out to them you ! Need something sometimes to put in for rebuild in my eyes it's a waste all the body and guts there it's normally just a few key parts worn so you then have the foundation to have rebuilt

if you go there you will gain for free over the phone I'm sure it's just carriage / shipping then

Overdrive Repair Services in Sheffield are always advertising a wants for overdrives, "any condition considered" and I'm sure that OD Spares have the same requirement. Surprised that Rob doesn't have an arrangement with at least one of them.
Jamie, your profile says you have a 1970 car with OD, is this wants for another car?

I have an oily container with the remains of M40/M41 stripped gearboxes.
If you take yours in for a rebuild and can identify which parts you require, i can possibly help you out.

Hi OF in Droitwich and Derek
I have an issue with my gearbox I think so I thought I would get a knackered M41 repaired with Hardy engineering and then just swap oout the gearboxes rather than lose time with car off road wihilst being repaired. I have OD already that has been renovated in Sheffield.

Robert thank you for info about Amazoncars it is tragic if parts go to recycling becasue they will become rarer and rarer, what is easy to replace today will become like hens teeth tomorrow
