Where's the filler??
I've searched the forum, but can't find the answer..
I've just bought a P1 V70 (1999), which had factory fitted LPG. A previous owner removed the tank, as they decided they couldn't do without a spare wheel. I may be tempted to re-instate the gas system. But I can't see where the filler was located! Anyone got any ideas?? Thanks

I think wthin the fuel flap, surely they wouldn't put it below a bumper where you'd have to crouch on your knees to hook up to it!

Mine's below the bumper at the same height as the exhaust and I don't have to crouch down on my knees!

The factory fit filler point is behind the filler flap to the side of the petrol one. It uses a special housing on used on teh bifuel cars

Every day is a day at school. I'd never considered mating with mine. When I'm next lonesome, best I give it a try. Seeing as it's a 1999 factory fit, and for the benefit of the OP, it most definitely has the filler recepticale under the flap.
Dai? This begs the question, I'd often wondered why all your conversions are set to the same height? I reckon the OP may have The god's own farts, a CNG Bifueler, like yours truly. Hence, none of that homoerotic LPG nonsense. That'd be why the tank has gone. Tank removed because of no fuel sources and a tank expired by now anyway. Or maybe the Necam was AWOL. A CNG Bifueler? Now I truly would like er... 'relations' with that. PM me the registration or post a couple of snaps showing under the bonnet and boot area (behind rear seat).
