Default Vibration under load

Hi, i've got a '06 C70 T5 and it has a bad vibration under load. It seems to be coming from the front left.

I have previously had both drive shafts replaced because of a vibration, the last being the front left. I am sure when it was changed the problem went away, but came back very quickly, so i'm wondering if it is a faulty part.

The symptoms are a bad vibration under load, worse between 50-70mph, there is also quite a bad "wobbling" feeling when first pulling off up to 20mph ish.

The shaft is under warranty so i can get it changed, but i just want people's opinions before i do this.

Many thanks

Yeh would definitely look at changing the torque mount, a few people here have change to the focus e mount which was quite good

Apologies for jumping on this thread, but I too have a vibration/rattle when accelerating under load, so am thinking my mount could be the issue as well.

Found this image via Google

Focus engine mount by Pete, on Flickr

The new shiny one is the Electronic Focus mount and the used dirty one is the one that is on most V50's/C30's/Focus/Mazda's is that correct?

So if my mount is pretty worn, the metal part could be moving a lot and hitting metal causing my rattle?

Will have to try and get one, but from my research they are only available from outside the UK

Pretty sure this is the part number;

E-Focus mount part numbers:

CM58-6P082-BA - Engineering Part Number
CM5Z-6068-A - Ford Service Part Number

However also found this;

Please Note: This lower engine mount is the factory original part for all 2011-present Ford Focus electric cars and original equipment on the 2015-2016 Focus ST and 2016-2017 Focus RS.

So it should be available from a Ford dealer shouldn't it?
