Will these Focus mounts be alright on a diesel?
When I was looking at poly-bushing it, it said "no to be used on diesels". Are polybushes a problem as they are so stiff and the Focus mount is in the middle of OE and poly?

I have the e-Focus torque mount and noticed no difference in terms of vibration when I installed but I have a petrol engine, reportedly diesels have noticeable increase in cabin noise / vibration through the steering wheel when the torque mount is changed to this.

if I remember rightly I seem to recall a few of the 2.0d changing theirs to this mount and it being ok. I think they were worried about having more cabin vibration, I cant recall the result though.

Guess I better just stick to the original type and renew it more often.
