Default My old V70 D5 is on facebook marketplace!

Anyone who wants a pretty decent D5 163bhp manual V70 could do worse than pursue the current owner of my old car, which is up for sale on facebook marketplace. Even though the guy has 'issues' (can't fill out a V5...) that doesn't detract from the immense pile of new bits I put in that car over the last frew years. I'm insize the ULEZ zone, so I had to sell, and the buyer is... an individual: but he'd have to work hard to break that car. It's somewhere in the 170,000 mile range. It has new front wishbones, and Bilstein gas struts all round. The tailgate wiring loom has been repaired; the aircon still works, and the engine pulls like a train. It should do too, because I replaced the intercooler and the flexi pipes around the turbo inlet. Oh and changed the wheels, and put proper Bridgestones on it too.

I used this car for four years, with frequent trips to Europe. I'd get in it and drive it to Switzerland tomorrow, if I had to: it's fast, a great overtaker, doesn't shake or wobble, and it returns over 45mpg. The index plate is YE 03 HZS, and the current owner thinks it's worth 300 quid.

I'm drunk (a bit) so I can be honest..

I've seen worse ads than this one.

But I've seen better ones too.

Yet..

Whilst not being immediately interested in buying this example of Swedish thinking power myself- after all, I live in London too..

If there is anyone interested in cheap, yet reliable car that needs merely new suspension and tyres, this looks like a good bet

He has already started to break it! It's sad as it looks a really nice car & probably had many more miles left in it.
The guys name is very apt though, Gareth 'Reaper' Pollard.
