Default Is my distributor diaphragm worn?

After a lengthy repair of my CNG S60 I have noticed the CNG system not working correctly.

After driving on CNG, and stopping the car, it has a very difficult start, 5-6 seconds of cranking. I am thinking the distributor is leaking CNG in the intake manifold.

Secondly, poor performance when running on CNG. In fact I had a situation where the car almost stalled when slamming the accelerator.

Maybe...it shutdown on me while I was driving. And I have an automatic, it was the most dangerous situation I've been in a long time.

I may have to open it up and re-solder it.
