I have used them in the past on my Lexus. Diagnosed the condenser was leaking. Sniffer went mad around base of condenser and I fitted a Nissens one. £150 for the Lexus! 18 months later scrapped the car as head gasket went, 2 months after fitting 4 new Avon ZV7 Tyres!
Thinking change the pipes as I have them anyway and would get rid of the compression joins and fit bigger seals, as I know leaking at condenser clamp. Then get them out and thoroughly test everything. If all ok add sealer/dye for any future leaks!
