  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Sorry should of said when I posted the picture, this is the front door, the part that goes into the car and looks like possibly behind the dash, if I wiggle the door part of the connector the lock on the front door starts working again but then stops again when I close the door, still nothing for the rear door though

do all the shut lines on the doors and wing of that side of the car line up? any signs of overspray? It occurs to me this could be a door change, but a hack job, hence the crimped loom. As andy says, this has to be the source of the issue. sadly you should probably remove those crimps/bullet connectors and individually solder and insulate each wire. A good auto elec will do this in 30 mins, provided no other issues. Unless you have the kit to do it yourself. It's not hard to do

Yes all shut lines are ok and no sign of any kind of damage repair, car is hpi clear also, I thought about soldering, I do have family members that are good with soldering so will try that 1st

Does anybody body know which pins are + - etc on the door plug do I can check it?
