Looking for a original warning switch for my amazon, complete with chrome washers.

Never had a hazard warning light switch on a 120 (ie 4 way flashers) but 140s have them as a pull switch on early models.
Sorry, I can't see your picture.

I think it was either factory fitment or a dealer option in other countries on the last Amazons.

Makes sense, my '69/70 144 has one and you can get 120s (130s) that age.

Ok now i see the problem, you can't see the picture.
It was a factory fitment and they had make one for the amazon.

Fredrik has a lot of useful info on his site, he has an exceptionally good car too. As you can see from the text, fitment was dependant on where the cars were sold.
Where is "own place" Toshiro?
Hella also sold one for universal fitting which is almost the same as #279901.
