SE R-Design
I'm going to replace my aged V40 with a V50 either an SE R-Design or an SE Lux. Has anyone got photos of an R Design that they can post? I want to see what these matt silver door mirrors look like.

v50 r-design
See below. Weather not great so a couple of quick snaps. I was unsure about the mirrors when I ordered but actually now very pleased. The R-design body kit also makes the make much more sporty looking than the standard in my opinion.
I considered the SE R-Design but in the end didn't think the extra kit was worth the cost of the SE over the standard R-Design so instead I added a few options such as leather, sunroof etc. IMG_2213.JPG IMG_2214.JPG |

Thanks for those. Difficult to tell what colour yours is. We run a democratic household here and I have two daughters and a wife to convince. All contributions welcomed. Thanks FRB |

Car is black sapphire metallic, and though time consuming to clean, I'm very pleased with it! Ross |

Why not look at the Volvo website aswell.
I can't choose between R design SE or standard or the SE Lux. Its going to have to be Geartronic because the lease cost is £50 pm less than the manual |

v50 r-design
I had a similar choice, but for me the manual D5 was cheaper monthly than the geartronic.
Residuals have a big impact on lease costs and sometimes the higher specced car can actualy be cheaper. In my circumstances the standard R-Design with a few options was definately the best choice, but whatever you end up with, I'm sure you'll like it. |
