seems a bit unfair to jump straight to scrapping it wihout giving others a chance to snap it up first

do the right thing, at least post it as spares or repair for a bit first eh, that's how you got it after all

LOL, I did not scrap it yet...It is that bonnet cable turned out to be the straw that broke the camel's back...It is PITA beyond belief, and the drivers window dropped...then lower arm, handbrake,CV boot...then odd scratch here and there, slightly cracked rear light cluster and front side light, non working info panel,etc,etc...If anyone has any interest I am all ears

So it hasn’t ended up much of a project then? You only purchased it a few weeks ago.

If you do plan on selling it for spares & repair, post a new thread with a description & pictures so its more noticeable.

Someone may be willing to give it the attention/expenditure to get the niggles fixed. You never know!

I think it is unlikely to be much interest and I can not keep it too long because of the neighbours...,I bought the car with intention of fixing it,but seemingly trivial issues proved to be too much for me...Sure I will post it for spares...
